Tawan Slaughter was born and raised in Buffalo, NY.  Tawan Slaughter is the co-owner of the Buffalo 716ers professional team, and also the co-owner of the Erie Hurricane professional team. Tawan graduated from Christian Central Academy, Williamsville, NY. Tawan played point guard for the Crusaders. She broke the All-Time Leading Scoring record with 2,256 points. She averaged 38.9 ppg. After graduating, Tawan played collegiality for Fredonia State, and Buffalo State College. At Buffalo State College, she averaged 14.1 points per game, 3 steals, and 2.1 assists per game. Tawan graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts, and a minor in coaching.Since graduating from Buffalo State College, she earned a Masters Degree in Science in Education. Tawan has been the Head Coach for the Buffalo 716ers professional team for the past two years. She has experience coaching collegiality for one season at Erie Community College, as an Assistant coach for the Women's team. Tawan has coached Varsity girls and boys basketball, for the past eight seasons at several Buffalo Public Schools. " I believe these kid's lack the fundamental and skills necessary to be successful at this game of basketball. It is our job to teach them," stated President Slaughter.

Eva was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo. Eva earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After graduating college she went to become an ordained Minister. Eva is the Founder & CEO of the Spiritual Healing & Deliverance Services (Not-For Profit) Corporation.

Javon Slaughter is a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) candidate for the class of 2016. Completing his 4th year as a Student Dentist at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine he spends time diagnosing, preventing, and treating diseases in the oral cavity. 

Javon is a native of Buffalo, NY and a graduate from the University at Buffalo, where he completed his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. He is also a proud alumnus of Nichols high school. He has always has a determination to impact change. During his undergraduate years he founded organizations to create fundraisers and raise money on behalf of non-profit agencies throughout Western New York.

Javon has always had a passion for basketball and an even greater passion for Western New York. He has successfully both played professional and coached youth basketball. He is excited about the opportunity to help bring professional basketball back to this region.
